Cook with Deaf Mom: Chocolate Chip Muffins

These muffins were inspired from my Berry Muffins recipe. I love how the berry muffins turned out, but I was craving chocolate. I think I might have an issue with chocolate these days since just yesterday I posted the recipe for the Chocolate Chia Pudding. Oh well, It’s not that bad of a problem to have right?

Back to the muffins, these are the best around! The secret is the sour cream and the cream cheese! Double Wow!

I already showed you video from Berry Muffin how to make them as same instructions just change Berry to chocolate chips. Enjoy!

The ingredients:

1/2 C applesauce

1/4 veg oil

2 C flour

1/2 tsp salt

1 C sugar

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 C Milk (can do almond milk)

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tub 8oz cream cheese (Room temp.)

2 eggs

12 oz bag of Chocolate chips

Combine all of the wet ingredients and the sugar.

Next add all the dry ingredients and stir until it is all mixed together. Try not to over stir. Now fold in the chocolate chips!

Cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 F! Enjoy!
