This is our snack. It takes two min to make and then you chill it for few hours and it’s ready to eat! It fills the “chocolate” fix I’m often craving and it’s a snack I can be okay eating and not feel like I just blew my healthy eating for the year.
The texture is much like tapioca pudding with a little crunch. I love the texture and I’m not a pudding person…If that tells you anything.
Definitely keep extra ingredients on hand because you will want to eat it again and again! Here’s how we make and recipe in video with recipe below includes with transcripts:
1 1/2 C Almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 TBSP sugar
2 TBSP unsweetened coca powder
1/4 C and 1 tsp chai seed
Combine the milk, sugar, vanilla, and coca in a bowl. Mix well. Add chai seeds and stir well. Let sit for a minute or two and stir again. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. It only get better the longer it’s refrigerated. Enjoy!
