Mexican Pizza! It’s true. This is a calorie lightened version of the taco bell fast food version. And it’s a true delight! Seriously this is so easy to throw together and has some of the best flavors ever.
The first trick is to use kind of cheese you are going to use. That way you can use less cheese but still get a whole lot of flavor.
Ingredients:
- flour tortillas
- salsa
- black beans (you can pick any kind of beans you wants)
- taco season
- 1 pounds ground beef
- lettuce
- Mexican cheese (you can pick any kind of cheese you wants)
- avocado
- Ground beef are really easy to make. All you needs to cook it then drain fat out then add Taco Seasoning as directed and add bean in it.
- The tortillas. This is a great substitute for the fried tortilla in the original recipe. Spray the tortillas on each side and place on a baking sheet. Place in the oven at 375 till each side is slightly browned. Flip once.
- Now take some of beef/beans and spread them on one of the shells. Add the top shell and then add some of the cheese. Put that back in the oven to melt. After you have the yummy cheese top add some shredded lettuce, salsa, and avocado and enjoy!
