I’m thrilled to share that my Week 2 vlog is now live! Last week, we hit 35 viewers, and I’m so grateful for your support as I continue this journey.
In this week’s vlog, I dive deeper into my Pre Base Training for the Disney Marathon. I’m focusing on building strength and dealing with some new challenges, including peroneal tendonitis. My physical therapist suggested trying zero-drop shoes, and I’m learning how they help my training.
Every step is a step closer to my marathon goal, and I’m excited to share my progress with you. Your encouragement keeps me going, and I hope my journey resonates with those who are facing similar challenges.
