The biggest question I get about nutrition is “Do I really need drink water every single day?” and the short answer is “Absolutely!”

Water are great for our hair, nails, and of course, vital. If you are trying to lose weight or tone up or a long run training and here are ideas to flavor up our water.

You will need:

-A Pitcher (2 qt size is perfect)

-Water (filtered or straight from the tap)

-Ice (enough to fill the pitcher after you add the fruit)

-Fruits (Scroll more idea what put in with different ways)

Directions:

  1. Slice the fruit into rounds and drop them in the bottom of a pitcher.
  2. Use a stiff, long-handled spoon to crush the fruit slightly at the bottom of the pitcher releasing some of the fruit juice.
  3. Add ice on top of the fruit.
  4. Fill the pitcher with water.
  5. Let it sit in the fridge for about 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together. You can leave the fruit in or, at the point, take it out and discard it. This water is good for up to 24 hours!
