From Healing to Progress: My First Walk with a Brace in Recovery Week 3

This week, I took an important step ahead—literally! In Recovery Week 3, I tried my first walk with a brace as part of my injury recovery journey. I am doing low-impact workouts, stretching, and back exercises. I’m focusing on rebuilding strength. I am getting back to my routine, one step at a time.

If you’re going through a similar journey, remember that healing takes time. Be patient with yourself, and celebrate each step ahead, no matter how small.
