I bought my first gym membership last month of this year. This was my first time ever going to a commercial gym that has daycare for Ember! I haven’t went to gym since college! I am almost 45 years old and I graduated from College was in 2003! I’m not trying to lose weight. I’m trying to get more toned, defined abs, look healthy and so on.
Why I joined gym? My big goal to be able do Marathon run at Disney Run in California or Florida or possible in EuroDisney in few years so my big step is get my strength back for couple month then start slowly doing 5k then 10k then half marathon and full marathon slowly because I am not a big fan of run but for Disney Run Event is my big passion to check off my bucket list!
